Warm greetings from the International Tennis Club of South Africa!

It gives us great pleasure to invite your Club to participate in the upcoming IC Nations Tournament 2026, which will be held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 18 to 23 March 2026.

This friendly yet competitive event brings together IC members from around the world to celebrate our shared love of tennis, camaraderie, and international friendship — true to our IC motto: “Hands across the net, friendship across the ocean.”

Originally launched as the IC Four Nations Tournament, this year’s event has evolved into a broader Nations Tournament, and we are delighted to extend the invitation to include New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, South Africa, and now the United States, Belgium, and Luxembourg and Canada.

We would be honoured to welcome your teams to join this growing IC tradition in one of the world’s most scenic tennis settings — the Kelvin Grove Tennis Club in Newlands, Cape Town. March is a beautiful time in the Mother City, with long sunny days, ideal playing conditions, and plenty to explore for players and guests alike.

Tournament Overview

• Venue: Kelvin Grove Tennis Club, Newlands, Cape Town
• Dates: 18–23 March 2026
• Age Groups:
  • 40–54 years
  • 55–70/75+ years
• Entry Fee: R3,000 per player (includes tournament fee, welcome supper, Legends Dinner, and refreshments at the venue)
• Guests: R1,250 per person (includes Legends Dinner and venue hospitality)
• Official Hotel: Southern Sun Newlands (booking details in attached fact sheet)

Programme Highlights

• Welcome Reception – 18 March
• Tournament Play – 19, 21 & 22 March
• Free Day for Excursions or Golf – 20 March
• Legends Dinner – 21 March at the stunning Grand Africa Café & Beach
• Closing & Departures – 22–23 March

Optional excursions include the Cape Winelands, Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the Cape Peninsula Tour – offering unforgettable South African experiences for both players and guests.

How to Enter

2. Player Sizing Spreadsheet

Teams are asked to submit their entries using the link provided in the fact sheet and sizing information in the attached spreadsheet by 30 November 2025. Each entrant should complete the sizing information for shirts using the attached spreadsheet and refer to the Men’s and Ladies’ size guides included. Once entries are received, IC South Africa will send confirmation and an invoice directly.
