2023 IC Bahamas Doubles

We arrived in Nassau for what would be a week of perfect weather (75 degrees), great competition and camaraderie.  This was the 12th year that the event was held in Nassau and a favourite for IC Canada members.   

This year IC Canada combined with players from the IC Bahama's team to form the International team.  Five teams competed in all and the International team placed 4/5. 

Thank you to all our teammates from the Bahamas for joining us on the court and making this both competitive and fun.

Most players stayed at the Breezes hotel, which was an all-inclusive resort. Evenings were filled with groups of people chatting around the pool, ping pong matches and sitting down for meals together.  Many new friendships were forged during these times.

Thank you Kit Spencer for organizing and hosting another wonderful tennis week on your beautiful island.  Thanks also go out to his wife Leslie Spencer and Mickey Williams for helping the event run smoothly.
